Can I book a session in-person?
All sessions are done over zoom from the comfort of your own home.

Does hypnosis over zoom work just as well?
Absolutely! It is just as effective if not more so. Clients can feel it’s easier to fully relax within their own safe space.

How can I prep for the first session?
Please make sure to fill out the forms that I will send after our connection call.

Issues that are not vocational or avocational self-improvement will need a signed referral from a licensed health care professional. This ensures you can receive help safely and effectively. We will discover if a referral is needed during the connection call.

Lastly, make sure you bring your own positive intentions and most importantly your willingness to make positive change.

What do I need to do to ensure the session runs smoothly?
A stable internet connection, well-lit room, comfy chair with an arm rest, working microphone and camera (can be internal or a webcam) will be necessary. A headset is highly suggested. This is your time to relax so feel free to dress comfortably. Make sure you’ll have a quiet space and choose a time where you won’t be disturbed. Children, pets, other family members should not be in the same room.

Also having a notebook, water, tissues, and a warm blanket are recommended. Anything that will bring you more relaxation is welcome.

Will I lose control when under hypnosis?
No, hypnosis is nothing like the movies! You will be in a more open and suggestible state and are free to come up and out of hypnosis at your own will.

Hypnosis can’t make you reveal anything that you’re not ready to share, or make you act in a way that challenges your core values and beliefs.

Can I get stuck in the hypnotic state?
No, even if the internet connection drops you will have the ability to open your eyes and reconnect to the call. You will naturally come out of hypnosis at a slower pace.

How long does it take for positive changes to take place?
Sometimes the results are instantly noticeable. Generally, it takes about 4-7 days for the suggestions to settle in the subconscious mind after the session.

How many sessions will I need?
Around 4-6 sessions are recommended, initially. If an issue is deeply rooted and has been with you your whole life, it will take longer to undo.

Can everyone be hypnotized?
Despite what most people think, yes! As long as they let go of resistance and allow the process to unfold.
